Q: Will you bill my insurance company?
A: Yes, once you have filed a claim and received a claim number for a covered loss we will follow your insurance company’s guidelines for loss mitigation and submit a bill upon completion.
Q: How long will the drying process take?
A: Drying times can vary widely depending on the scope of work and job severity. On average, we can successfully return the affected area(s) to a pre-loss condition in 3-5 days.
Q: If I choose to pay out of pocket and not file an Insurance claim, do I have to pay up front?

Q: What equipment will ServiceMaster use to dry my home or business?
A: ServiceMaster will use a combination of “Air Movers” and “Dehumidifiers” using cutting edge technology to meet or exceed IICRC drying standards. The appropriate number and combination of drying equipment will be determined by the onsite technician. In most cases, we will place one “Air Mover” every 50 Sq.Ft.
